How to install and care for your suncatcher:
- Find the perfect spot! Choose a window that gets direct sunlight.
- Clean your window with soap and water to make sure the decal applies smoothly.
- Use care when installing and if needed, gently press out any air bubbles with a squeegee or a credit card.
- While the window decals are removable, we do not recommend repositioning them after you’ve installed them to keep the printing looking its best.
- Wait for direct sunlight, then admire the rainbows!

We offer a wide range of shipping options owing to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse personnel is highly-skilled and will pack your products according to our precise and accurate specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods will be carefully inspected and secured. Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a separate processing time for each item.
We will inspect each and every one of the items before sending. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. So the actual stock may change at any time. It is possible that stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
